I can assure everyone that all proper protocols were followed regarding the testing of Isomalto-oligosaccharide. The question becomes do you trust the Julian Bakery who has been scamming diabetics and the lowcarb community since 2009 or a very trusted testing laboratory?

In a hastily put up new video Heath and his glued-to-the-hip sidekick Gary Collins are accusing me of being a “supposed consumer” or “on the payroll of competitors” or “that someone is paying me”. Gary is right about one thing when he says testing is expensive, it is incredibly expensive and I can attest to it.

Gary talks about overly strict 30 day diets and I assume he may be talking about Whole30? Gary talks about “Crossfit nut jobs”. Really? Are Crossfitters really nut jobs now? They talk about the fact that their Paleo Protein Bars don’t taste like cardboard and as someone who has actually gagged one down they should be so lucky as to have them taste like cardboard. (See the Amazon reviews above.

Heath posted his comment yesterday and then added the video link today so if he tries to add anything again I will delete his whole comment and in fact if he tries to make another comment I will delete that too. I have no intention of getting into a pissing contest with him so this is it. Heath has deleted thousands of negative comments people have tried to make all over the internet let alone on any of his many Websites, Facebook and Twitter accounts.

If you looked at the glucose graph above it kind of tells the story. These bars are not 2g net carbs. I can easily eat 12g-15g of real food and an hour to an hour and a half later my blood glucose can be in the 80’s.

The video as I bring it up has 9 Views. Let’s see how many Views Heath purchases in 30 days or 60 days. Oh yea, Heath Squier purchases his Facebook Likes, his Twitter Followers, and his YouTube Views.

In the end it will be the FDA who determines whether these bars are what they say they are. Not Gary Collins and certainly not Heath Squier.
